Ruth Vintage is a black owned business based in Connecticut. Owners, Malcom Jones and Kendall May, started the business to provide people with affordable quality vintage merchandise and to promote the expression of individuality.

 

The name Ruth was inspired by Edna Ruth May, the Grandmother of co-owner, Kendall May. She instilled a love for vintage clothing at a young age, and that inspired the birth of Ruth Vintage. The acronym R U T H represents who we are, why we do what we do, and the qualities that we live by.
